Lizzy is a BW pro. Recruited in March 2011. He's been practicing SC2 for 6 months now, that's why he's so much better than the rest. Whether or not what the FXOBoss said is true, fact is that Lizzy was originally recruited as a BW pro and went through the same system as the rest. His results as a BW semi-pro were not bad as well.

He joined KT as a trainee in 2010.

except he was transferred to KT in March 2011 not 2012
