What is the advantage of going one base mutalisk against a fast expanding zerg when it can be countered so easily with spores? jaedong even had to put up a sunken because he was out-larvaed.
I'm a newb, but I am curious.
gg though!

XD Jaedong's build was meant to end the game with lings, or at least deal enough eco damage with his fast lings that his 1 base play wouldn't be an issue. 1 base play in ZvZ usually only works if the opponent also goes for 1 base or you deal some significant damage with the early lings. Personally 9pool lair first is, in my opinion, the stupidest build in JD's arsenal. His ling micro is so great he should've just tried to end it with lings, and not tried to Lair. | ||
