Fantasy went 4rax before factory, delaying his tech (well maybe 4 rax is standard after a 14cc I dunno but normally 4rax = delayed tech). Then fantasy lost his first 2 vessels. Thus he had no vessels to stop the guardians and defilers from wrecking his natural. It's not really that hard to understand... (ignore this post if I made a mistake somewhere and I'm completely off lol)

calm went 12 hatch, and because fantasy 14cced his tech is slow, whereas calm went for fast tech build. basically fantasy didn't have enough vessels to counter hive tech is what happened.

Also Calm completely scouted Fantasy's starports and knew when and how many vessels were coming. He had scourge ready as he was morphing guards for the first time.
