im just dissappointed that this happened on TL.net
after years of laughing and mocking the BGH and FASTEST communities, this happens. here. on our ground.
just dissappointed. what was achieved lastshadow? all for what? and when you cheat and lose, i can only imagine how shitty that must feel. ill give you the benefit of the doubt and say this: you're young. you're 14 yrs old and just wanted to have some cheap fun. hopefully sooner than later you will grow up and realize that what you did was totally empty and had no meaning and will take the right path.

The real merit in bringing up the fragility of those cases is that it can create controversy and stimulate discussion - am I crazy? are you crazy? are we all crazy? is nobody crazy? where do you draw the line between acceptable neuroses that are reasonable within a healthy lifestyle and what qualifies for disorder? The capacity for treatment's as great as it's ever been, and so if just one more person from however many that read this goes out and reads something about that which may afflict them or someone they know, the intent is fulfilled.
Now, I'll admit, my methodology is questionable and my diction extreme, but to say that I'm not taking it seriously because of the presumed implication of what I said might be a bit much. If I'm completely off target here then please please do dismantle me or flame me here, whichever way better keeps people discussing this stuff.

Actually what Nony said makes practically no sense and he just seems to be attacking you...what does your saying that people who support the tough love attitude are also often those who are cynical or defeatist about school shootings have to do at all with having a "respectful approach" and how does that respectful approach change anything or make any difference? I don't even see the connection between his offense and what you wrote.
