They added a feature which allows donut heads like yourselves to host games without having your ports properly forwarded and you claim they are RUINING THE GAME? Give your fucking head a check! This feature is added with the intent of being purely beneficial and this is your response?? If you can truly host on iccup and are 100% positive you have the ports forwarded properly then take the 5 seconds it takes to head over to blizz forums and make a post in the bug report section! If you want to test it on ICCup, i am awake right now and willing to go online with you. Shoot me a PM. Look, I don't fucking really care if they made to host games without having ports forwarded or not for ppl who didn't forward it. All I know my ports are forwarded well and don't try to teach me how you do it, I've gone through all hells of it and made it work on iCCup/Fish. It worked well before, now not working. What's my benefit when I'm gonna get lag vs. everyone despit my ports open? And before calling me "donut head" and "give your head check" think with your own fucked up "donut" head - what works for you doesn't mean for everyone. You fucking telling me to head to blizz forums? YOU? TELLING ME? I've been there since April. So please fucking shut up. You don't decide if I'm allowed to criticize or not.

And like I said, if you truly do have your ports opened correctly, which many people in this thread thought but it turned out they weren't. Then make a post to the bug forums like I suggested and do something to remedy the situation, instead of doing what you are doing. Which is whining like a little bitch.

I've modified my router's settings so I have: - DMZ enabled for my computer - Port-forwarding for 6112-6119 Anti-virus was temporarily disabled. I've added exceptions to Windows Firewall to allow port range. What else does Blizzard need? I've got Computer Science degree and I can't figure it out. ![]()

Try leaving the "translate to" part blank perhaps? Or maybe delete that entry entirely and rely on the DMZ set to your computer?

Also it doesn't say in that screenshot that it's forwarding for any specific IP which is strange. Any time I've ever forwarded ports has needed the internal IP of the computer you are using. Maybe this router is different and it does the range for every single computer on the network but that seems weird to me.

It should look like this: ![]() but with game/application as starcraft:bw and device as the current computer you are on. This page has more details if you need https://portforward.com/bt/home-hub-5/

1) Reset router because it might be upset after previous settings (lol). 2) Disable UPnP. 3) Add rules again. I only did 2) and kept my DMZ setting. That seems to be working now. Thanks.

Is a good guide for anyone trying to forward their ports. One important thing is to make sure to set a Static IP for your pc when doing this. Otherwise when your router dynamically assigns a different IP your ports won’t be forwarded.

Secondly now that i did it again (mainly deleted all the rules that i made years ago and did it again and it helped) i no longer have red text when i make replay or a game but now almost all koreans whenever see me entering the game immediately ban me.....These few who wanted to play had lag with me (bigger than it was when i had my old rules set up and maybe its a coincidence) so my life became even harder now and i regret trying to "Open my already opened ports"... If i opened them in some wrong way then it seems the guide that i had was bad but for some reason until now it all worked perfectly....I was using ( in time o 1.16.1 patch) wLauncher not McaLauncher tho both are based on wlauncher.... Blizzard cant do no wrong i know ^^ So i and my friend tested our settings in various ways.. We both had opened ports previously and only i opened them again... My friend has the same situation.. After entering a game of a host who has mark of a proxy server near a game name he see the red txt and i to. When my friend enter a game of someone who has properly opened ports then he dont see anyting... When he entered my game or replay we didnt see anything but when i entered his game we saw a red txt... At the end it seems i did manage to open my ports.... Still seems like a bad deal... And im still not sure if they are opened if koreans seem to recognize me as a lager ( tho not all have lag with me but it seems to be a bigger amount than before) now, cuz why wouldnt they play now that i should have even less lag than before... I stand corrected. Sorry for bitching. Hope this helps for others too. By the way: 4) Enabled DMZ 4) Enabled UPnP = works too
