Ok, I'd make a long post...but it is Boxer. Just because he is sheer...awesome. He defined the term 'micro' and introduced me to a new world of Starcraft - the Progaming scene.
After hearing about his legendary plays and seeing a few of his games I really started to get more into SC, I even switched to Terran from Zerg because he made me see the true race. :D
Boxer is just...that good that you are in awe of some of the things he has achieved...and for as long as he has been doing it.
Honourable mention: NaDa...because him + Boxer = the ultimate Terrans.

Kekeke none of the top progamers you mention as top progamers are top cept Jju and GF. None of the others have even been in top 15 I think.. maybe zergman and mumyung BARELY.

DdalDaRee (DDR) Terran, XellOs.
His TvZ is unbelievable. His TvT is unbeatable. His TvP is always stellar.
He's the best all-around Terran. I was first introduced to the Progaming Scene when a friend of mine showed me Pimpest Plays 2004. My favorite players became Nal_rA, Kingdom, and BoxeR. Then it was BoxeR. Then I found out he was not what he used to be and it became NaDa. Then I found out NaDa is such a predictable player and I found XellOs. The Perfect Terran. Shoot, only he's worthy of such a name.

I don't know if "best all around" is the phrase you are looking for. Would "most balanced" be more suiting? If yes, I agree, if no then I point at Midas as "best all around" right now and NaDa as "best all around" all time.

I've always liked sync due to his impressive timing and micro in TvZ/TvT. He had this unpredictable spur of intuitive control throughout the game, his clock was unbelievable. Sadly, he is never mentioned for his OSL win, has gone into a slump, now into a mediocre player, but he still is my favorite ktf terran T.T Also his inconsistency rivals Goodfriend, I bet he has gotten the slump from him as well -_-;

I really disagree. Nada is so fuckin awesomely smart. What other terran Vulture Drops, SK Terrans, and 2 Fact Rushes quite like Nada? Hell he even TvP 2 fact rushed Zergs.. Nada just didn't have the flash to be with Boxer but I think he is as close to perfection ever for gamers during his peak. All around.

Sync has been slumping since way before GF joined KTF. ^_^

Agree 100% with Kingdom. Kingdumb was one of the greatest moves ever, and I'm not being sarcastic - he was just so blindly full of aggression and pounding hatred that he couldn't do his opening proxy right. Kingdom empitomizes aggression, in an age where everyone seems to confuse "micro" with aggression - it's not; aggression is pure old fashioned all out mutilation through whatever resource you have on hand in the early game. Kingdom doesn't micro as part of his technical game, he micros because he pours so much hatred and raw power into his units that their will to live is insane.
Reach was only very briefly the mantoss. Now he's hairtoss. I swear there are more comments made about his looks and hair than his actual playing ability (which sux). Kingdom, on the other hand, will send you straight to hell. He's the truest source of old school glory which is still preserved - not through fan-boy obsessionism, ala every other remaining "old school" player (who have since abandoned old schoolism), but through pure hatred which keeps alive the spirit of an age long gone only with a crazed obsession for more blood.

My favourite protoss player is ForU since long time (probably most of you didn't even hear about him at that time - i think it was even before that famous 48gate game vs Nada, but people with better memory can confirm this). Being a random player, and trying to play unstandard, I was always inclined to make creative stuff. I downloaded a VOD of Foru playing vs Yellow (in my 56k days, took me a whole night - the telephone had acceptable price only from 10pm to 7am so I had to connect to the internet through the night - which pretty much fucked up my biorithm for a life). At that time I was thinking about the usefullness of Maelstrom, and Foru beat Yellow in that game maelstroming his mutas. At that time this spell almost never used in progaming (not that's widely used now, but still). I also like Reach, because he was nice to me when we met, Kingdom because of his first game in the OSL final vs Nal_Ra (especially the feedback usage) and because I was impressed by his 1st person vods. Lol, in the end I'll enumerate all the pro-tosses: I like Anytime too, because his solid pvt and the way he beat the zergs in his group when he won the OSL.
My favourite terran is Silent_Control because his cheesing/timing rushing style was pretty similar to mine, and I'm still in absolute love in his game vs Reach on Nostalgia in the OSL semis (the first one, not the big mine explosion one). I also like Boxer and Xellos, because ... oh well, they are Boxer and Xellos. I was impressed by Boxer's and iloveoov's 1st preson vods.
Even if he's not a progamer, my favourite zerg is Blackman, because some time ago I downloaded a reppack of him and started to watch the first game vs some terran. He made a drop, and I was paying attention to the micro they made, and suddely I looked at the minimap and ALL THE FUCKING MAP WAS HIS, while microing. But most of you probably know this phenomenon, so I won't go in details. If I'd had to pick a progamer I'd pick IPX, because of his solid play, and similarly scarry macro abilities. His 1st person vods are also beautiful. July's micro is also nice to watch, and his proxy hatchery vs iloveoov was also awesome.
