If you have ever watched a televized Brood War match before, you should already be familiar with the concept...
With Round of 8 starting soon and some interesting storylines developing, it is time for us, the fans, to show our support! Let your creativity flow and get hyped up as we wait for the games! Your cheerfuls will of course be displayed live on stream right before the games start.
Here are the templates. You need to download the image directly from Imgur for full size. I.e. click the image open first, then save it. Failure to do so might result in a permanent ban, assuming your name starts with Mca. 
Not sure where to start? Check out all the writeups and interviews to get a closer idea of what the players are like! See the TSL thread and contributions below for inspiration, you don't need to be a gosu artist!
