Well BW doesn't really get new players, it's not as sexy and popular as CS and as whole it's 7 years old. For like WarCraft there's WoW which helps it, but BW doesn't interest sponsors that much.

What was once a meaningless poll that asked which FPS game you would be playing this March, the Starcraft community shared it's voice once more, and dominated this poll by sharing their love for the game and voting for "Other", in the poll.
The number of Starcraft votes (which reached over 2,000), has secured us another event this year.
