First pause was because Anytime wasnt using the headphone correctly. Second paused was requested by Boxer because of the spot light. Apparently the spotlight was causing trouble for Boxer to look at the screen. (Maybe glare?)
Some sick moves in game 4 by boxer... Overall, all of the games were high quality and skillful... I expect lots of great things continued in the future for both players...
HILARIOUS moment... when in game 4 boxer finally got siege mode and started sieging the his tanks... the crowd went freakin' WILD... :D :D :D

Aye, imagine how livid the place would be if he had won.

Good games, thanks for hosting. Anytime's play is really entertaining to watch. Boxer going wraiths in last game was really bad play imo. Why not go BCs?

Because P has storm. The reason why Boxer made wriaths was to cloke. But anytime had to much observers + corsairs with his carriers..

Wraiths are so weak and no one is ever surprised by cloak anymore especially a seasoned pro like anytime. The wraiths were a complete loss except for a few obs and maybe one carrier killed. Also storm isn't very effective vs bcs if you micro them well and keep them over terrain unreachable by ground units. I think cloaking is a worse reason to go wraiths then storm is a reason not go bcs.

If you like a lot of action then 1st game on ROV is definately the best of the series. 2nd best would be the 2nd game on 815. Amazing shuttle play and lots of action.
Surprise cloaked wraiths did work against an even more seasoned pro than AnyTime.
Boxer killed ForU in MSL a few weeks ago in BO3 with mass cloak wraiths in one game, to come back from what looked to be a lost situation. ForU, in hindsight was dumb, he just running his carriers around without obs, going after expos, and lost 7 carriers in 15 seconds when cloaked wraiths suddenly appeared. Boxer just always knows when protoss is building carriers. Or maybe he had a few obs which I didn't notice (I already deleted the VOD so I'm not sure), and Boxer just killed them really quick.
GoodFriend also finished off a game vs intotherainbow in MSL with wraiths too, though rainbow was behind already and carriers was a desperation tactic.
Xellos used cloak wraits vs anytime's carriers game 3 of QFs and chased them off, and may have turned the game if he had more wraiths, or if he was Boxer. Anytime definitely learned the importance of anti-cloak wraith defense for his carriers in this game first hand.
Boxer didn't make a mistake in going wraith against carriers. It was only seemed a mistake because it was against AnyTime who seems to be always prepared for anything his opponent can throw at him by midgame.
By that point of game 5, it was a loss for Boxer. He wasn't going to make one of his miracle comebacks against Anytime. But it wasn't for lack of trying.
Boxer's super slow expansions in game 1 and 5 confuse me. it's like he completely sacrificed his macro just to be ULTRA-safe against possible DT harassment. but he's played hundreds of TvP already he should have the confidence to deal with DT with early ebay and mines and 1 radar. in fact if he didn't have that basic confidence how could he be playing in the OSL final.

Hmm, you have to consider that: - RoV is a two players map ; - the two starting spots are very close to each other ; - a P can hide his tech easily with a zealot/goon on ramp ; - Anytime loves DTs and is extremely skilled with them.
Even though early double scan + e-bay (I don't recall if he went early e-bay in game 5 as well tho) can seem a bit too much, it allowed him to scan for Anytime's build quite early in game 5 and avoid wasting minerals in turreting his main so early against a possible reaver/dt drop. Maybe he could have landed the CC first then make the second scan at natural, but he probably found out while training that 2-3 DTs waiting at nat spot can be very annoying, and that it was the best way to push them out. Just the way I see it. Boxer's nat CC in game 1 would have been delayed at least as much if he didn't have two scans.
Heh, anytime didn't take any chances in the last game. Instead he just went carriers with lots of obs and a few corsairs. No arbiter cuteness, and protected from wraith comeback. He could have tried to run boxer over with his ground army, but dang! His carrier micro is the shit. They were pretty much constantly in action while he chucked out other units and buildings.

anytime is not a seasoned pro, this is his first major accomplishment
