(You wouldnt let a college cross country runner to run for a high school xc team. would you?) And in terms of faking - thats where school coordinators come in. Since it is they who are responsible , in a way, of their teams behavior. I am sure that no school's team will want to get suspended, by risking to let a non-qualified player to play for their team. I am certain that while the actual individual implementation of such scenario is fairly simple, it is in each team's interest to adhere to the rules | ||

We require a valid university email - which a high school student, does not simply register for on the web... I mean. Its plausible that someone could try and pull this off - but either way its against the rules. Also granted the size of most high schools vs. universities, any high school team would hard pressed to put together a decent team of people to participate. But thats inconsequential. | ||
