So since Dual Tournament's finished, I'll go ahead and start with Survivor League. They changed the Survivor league format this season. They've abandoned the 3 players per group method, and is now using the Dual Tournament mini dbl-bracket method. The process, however, is still very confusing. Try to keep up now, will ya?

The 7 players who lose in the Round 2 Finals match will all play in a Tournament style bo1 single elim match. Out of the 7, the person with the highest KeSPA rank will get a bye on the first round.
The winner of the mini-tourney will play 2 sets of bo3's with Ever)Z(aQua. However, because aQua does not get a second chance like the others, he will have a 1-0 lead in the sets, meaning he only needs to win 1 bo3 while his opponent needs to win 2.
From an overall standpoint that definitely makes sense.
- First round determines players who simply don't have it, the group winners, and the group second place. - MSL qualification round is the group first place gamers playing to qualify for MSL. - Round 2 is the losers from the MSL qualification round, the last place players from the MBCGame Starleague Round of 16 groups, and the losers from first round fighting to survive. - Round 3 is the winners of round 2, the third place players from the MBCGame Starleauge Round of 16 Groups, and the fourth place players from the MBCGame Starleague Round of 8 groups fighting to get into MSL.
So convulted though. And I also get to be a genius, awesome.
It's not that hard to understand Live2Win, and thanks for posting it! I don't know which set I liked better though, I think a part of me still loves the 3 1v1's because I think it takes more skill to get out of that.
Wow~ We have a high chance of seeing Rainbow or Zeus possibly~. I sorta do wanna see Zeus again... I'd honestly like to see him winning. He's a good guy on TV to watch. Really fuckin funny sometimes.
Rainbow is cool too, but I really think Zeus has a possible chance at another Starleague. His possible brackets make me happy~
Where can I find the results of the offline qualifiers? I'd like to know the results of Canata.
And who the hell did beat July, Sea[Shield], Reach and Stork?! I can't believe they are all out of the the upcoming 2 MSLs, although the qualifiers for Pringels 3 (probably?) have just begun!
All I see so far is the race distibution of the players who advanced:
4P/9T/11Z
so you've got a déja vue? If so, here comes a hint: Have a look at the race distribution for Shinhan 2! P's are becoming extinct!
The survivor league starts with 32 gamers, and cuts that number in half right away with a dual league process. We are down to 16 now, 8 of them ranked one (2-0 winners) and 8 ranked two (2-1 winners).
Second Stage.
The 8 first rank players play each other in bo3 series and the four winners go to the MSL. Now we have 4 rank one players and 8 rank two players left.
Third Stage.
For the 8 rank two players, we need 8 opponents. Four of them are the losers of the second stage, while the other four are the fourth place losers from the current MSL groups (being picked tonight). They matchup and play a bo3.
Fourth Stage.
The winners of the 8 third stage matches play the third place losers from the current MSL groups. The winners advance to the next MSL. This makes 8 players, plus 4 MSL seeds, plus 4 survivor league rank one players for a total of 16.
Some notes
- The survivor league and the MSL run at the same time, with the MSL losers moving to the survivor league while the MSL playoffs take place.
- To get back to the MSL, a third place group finisher must win one series. A fourth place group finisher must win two series.
- To get to the MSL from below, a gamer must get top two in his survivor group. If he wins that and a playoff, he is in. If he comes in second in his survivor group, he must win two more series.

nvm, just found it on fighterforum, and found out what asked for. And also whom Yellow, Anytime and Casy lost to. Or at least if those, whose names could be translated with progamizer.

I can't read a thing and find my way on fightforum, mind telling me what you saw ?

Ok, no problem:
famous players and whom they lost to:
July vs n.Die_cHalRengE Stork vs Inter.Calm Anytime vs ][Min][Gu][ Casy vs Junwi_[saM]
Progamizer couldn't translate the names of the players who defeated Sea[Shield], Reach and Yellow
Canata won against Stay[Hyo] and another player, who also couldn't be identified by progamizer.
@Live2win: where did you get the names of all the players form? there are several names in your first post, of which progamizer hasn't got any clue of.

A: Oov walks out of this group almost for sure. It's really hard to predict who will come in second though.
B: Hwasin and Mania are both very strong Terrans, both with good TvZ. I think Saint will take out Free, and, but I think whoever of Hwasin/Mania wins will take out Saint and the other will take out Free and then Saint, both advancing.
C: Tough, but I think IntoTheRainbow advances along with Oversky.
D: Cool trounces Zeus then loses to Canata but trounces winner of Hiya/Zeus. Canata, the monster, will walk all over this group!
E: Yooi beats Aqua. I really like Yooi's TvZ and think it's underrated. His control is very nice. Bisu beats eliza and wins the group. Bisu is hot, hot, hot. Yooi comes in second.
F: Nooooooo. Why can't Rumble get a group full of P players? Instead he gets the strong ZvZ player Tosky and two Terrans (his ZvZ is good, but his ZvT is bad). I still think Rumble > CuteAngel (who is that anyway?), but Iris > Rumble, Tosky > Cuteangel and then Rumble < Tosky. T_T I want to see Rumble square off against a top tier Protoss!
G: Some people are hot, hot, hot, but GF is not, not, not right now. Yet, I'm still going to count on him getting back into decent form in time to beat Calm. Junwi the Terran killer back???? Oh man, I'll have to vote against dongrae here! Junwi to win the group, GF for 2nd.
H: Gorush autowin is thx. Light beats Mingu. Gorush beats light qualifying, light gets second. Sounds good to me.
It's a bit hard to pick, not yet knowing how map balance will work out and with all these new faces playing. It's one thing to play online games, it's another to play in competition, and since all we have to judge these younger players are their reps, it's hard to say how they will fare. It's a bit of a crapshoot.
Light vs Junwi... either Light rapes Junwi fuckn Silly or it'll be a good faught match and I will have tears because Public Enemy is back. T.T Public EnemY~~~

You could tell Junwi felt soooooo awful after that first game. One of the worst ZvT comebacks ive ever seen at the pro level(I mean it would have been awesome if you are a light fan). : [
Im honestly thinking Junwi will retire after that one.
Bisu looked really good in his games. It almost looked like he coulda 2-0'ed Tosky but maybe just tried to play a little too safe after already putting the game into a sudden-death kind of state.

I can't understand Wild Card system. Who will play wild cards? The losers from Round 2 Finals? If so, that means that NaDa still have a chance on advancing to next MSL.

Please let it be that way. PLEASE. NaDa has to get in MSL too

This wouldnt be fair. Anybody except Aqua gets a second chance? If so they should change Aquas game to a bo5, giving Aqua a 1-0 lead (you could also call it a bo4 with Aqua only requiring a draw).
Edit: Even better solution: Let Aqua participate in the Wild Card Tournament! If he doesn't win, he will play the winner 2 days later for the last MSL-spot. Otherwise he can demonstrate his superior skills on November 23rd against some random noobs from the audience.
The 7 players who lose in the Round 2 Finals match, (yes, this means NaDa and YellOw[ArnC], etc) will all play in a Tournament style bo1 single elim match. Out of the 7, the person with the highest KeSPA rank, (either NaDa or ChoJJa, depends on tomarrow's match) will get a bye on the first round.
The winner of the mini-tourney will play 2 sets of bo3's with Ever)Z(aQua. However, because aQua does not get a second chance like the others, he will have a 1-0 lead in the sets, meaning he only needs to win 1 bo3 while his opponent needs to win 2.

Couldn't they just have come up with something complicated instead?

??????
It looks like its similar to the finals from a double elimination tournament. Aqua being from the winners bracket with a 'life' and the winner of the mini from the Loser's bracket.
They've released the draw for the wild card tourney next tuesday:
Ro8: YellOw[Arnc] vs Kingdom NaDa vs MinGu GooDFriend vs DaezanG
Semis: ChoJJa vs YellOw[Arnc]/Kingdom NaDa/MinGu vs GooDFriend/DaezanG
All games best of 1.
The Winner will play Aqua for the last spot in the next MSL next thursday. Aqua gets a 1-0 lead, because he won't have a second chance. But will it really be a bo3? I think bo5 would be more fair.
