It was again February and Valentine's Day was shaping up to look like another typical singles awareness day for me, up until about a week ago. I have been talking with someone from Tt esports about getting the prize items from the White-Ra T-shirt contest (yes that one from months ago), and things were going, well... slowly. I would hear from the rep maybe once per month, so getting everything sorted took quite some time. To their credit, _____ was very cordial and helpful in trying to sort the issue out, and sending me information when they knew more about it.
My only qualm in this process was that it was taking quite a while to get everything situated, but, this has turned out to be a little serendipitous. I received an email about a week ago saying that the shipping label had been printed and that the package would get to UPS very soon... Very excited I immediately checked once I got the tracking number to see when I might expect the package to arrive and there it was, February 14th...
awww ♥'s guys
Fast forward a week and here it is on my doorstep and I can't help but think, Happy Valentine's Day from Tt esports!
So anyway, inside are three items for winning 2nd place, the Dasher mouse pad, the Battle Dragon bag, and the item that I've been most anticipating, the Azurues mini mouse. I've needed a more appropriately sized mouse for a long time, and was excited when I saw the specs. I'll post an evaluation once I've had a few days to work with it. Below are a bunch of pictures of the items and the like, I hope you enjoy as I certainly am now that they are here!
Ok so I had no idea what this bag was at first, but this LAN bag is srsbsns. I originally thought it was just some silly small bag to just hold things in, and then I looked it up. The bag is fairly large and has a lot of space to be able to hold things such as your keyboard, mouse, and monitor (only if it's 24" or less, my 27" won't fit), and fairly well made with some nice features, though I might be a little concerned about rain. I own a Chrome messenger bag, and that shit doesn't mess around in terms of build quality and being able to handle the elements exceedingly well, so the quality of this bag didn't seem as top notch, though comparing it to a chrome bag is like comparing a VW to a Ferrari.
their is a compartment that when unzipped, reveals the backpack straps, a nice addition
17.5" notebook inside, lots of space available
The mousepad and mouse, plus all of the accesories. Look for a review of the Azurues mini in a few days after I've had some time to test it. The mousepad is actually almost trapezoidal in shape? I don't know about that whole thing as it just seems slightly off, but that may be as intended. You can see below the difference in size to my ss qck. It's also about twice as thick.
And lastly I just wanted to show a comparison from the Logitech G5, Roccat Pyra and the mini for a size comparison.
Happy Valentine's Day TL, hope yours has been as 'interesting' as mine this year. ^_^
