The weight would need to be more dispersed, like a wetsuit, rather than individual rings / bracelets. Also very tight or well fastened so that the stress added to joints on impact would be minimal. Honestly though....push ups, chin ups, squats, and crunches will hit the vast majority of muscle groups and all the ones you want the ladies to notice. | ||
