I was pretty worried about the chi squared analysis and all that since the teacher stuck it in at the end of the year, and so I studied it for an hour the night before. Turns out it was pretty useless =<. The FR was really different from what I was used to as well, since during the year we had to conduct a lot of tests out fully and stuff, but on the test I don't think you had to even do one. The last question on FR caught me off guard because it was so stupid, but my friends seemed to have gotten the same answer as me, so I'm pretty sure that was what they're looking for. I have 7 more AP tests to go (calc bc tomorrow). What's FR? And was the last question about cars and their fuel efficiency? On May 06 2009 07:29 qaswedfr25 wrote: It wasn't hard, but it was definitely much more theory than calculations this year for free response. I think I did find, and you'll probably get a 5 too (you need like a 70% to get a 5 right?) I don't think we can dicuss FRQs yet, but NEVER discuss the MC. Why not?

Yea we're not really supposed to discuss it, but hopefully the AP people that DO come here (if any) are not low enough to not track me down based on a few vague posts =D.

Anyways, the curve for stat is like: AP Statistics 68 - 100-> 5 53 - 67-> 4 40 - 52-> 3 29 - 39-> 2 0 - 28-> 1 so that's really good :D

To reiterate what you should all already know: UNALLOWABLE CONTENT 1. The articulation of multiple-choice exam questions and answers. 2. The articulation of free-response questions* within 2 days of the exam in which they appear. EXAMPLES OF ALLOWABLE CONTENT 1. A general discussion of topics on the exam. 2. Comments on how well the course covered those topics. 3. Comments related to preparation. 4. Comments on how well the student thinks s/he did. 5. Comments on the difficulty of the exam. Each time a student takes an AP Exam he/she must sign the following statement: "To maintain the security of the exam and the validity of my AP grade, I will allow no one else to see the multiple-choice questions. I will seal the appropriate section when asked to do so, and, I will not discuss these questions with anyone at any time after the completion of the section. I am aware of and agree to the Program's policies and procedures as outlined in the 2005-06 Bulletin for AP Students and Parents - including using extended time only if I have been preapproved by College Board Services for Students with Disabilities." When the AP Program finds that a student has disclosed through any means any multiple-choice questions, any free-response question from an alternate exam, or any free-response question from a regularly-scheduled exam within the 48 hours of its administration, the Program will automatically have that student's exam grades canceled.

I got a 3 on Eng Lang..and I only wrote one and an half essays before I fell asleep..so guess could have gotten a 4 on that as well. Calculus was the one I worked hardest for..so I was hoping for a 5...but im satisfied.

In the sciences like Physics, Chem, Bio most of the Unis won't give you full credit with a 4. You might only get 4 credits instead of 8 with a 4. UMaryland only gave me credit for the first semester of Bio with a 4. Some don't even give you credit with 5. -_- Basically, it's good to get past these classes if possible. They're basically weed out couses in Uni and the profs are generally not so good, the TAs first language isn't English (or whatever country you're from), and they make everything more difficult than it actually is as you probably well know.

wtf why are so many people getting 5's in calc BC, that test seemed so ridiculous to me... Then again 90% of our calc BC classes in the past years have gotten 1's or 2's so maybe I can put some of the blame on my teacher. Your teacher sucks ![]()
