Damn I am playing so much worse than last season. Like, my builds are all fucked up and I'm forgetting random shit (one game I forgot my cyber core). My have something to do with the screwed up sleep cycle... But oh well D+ now after a night of SC whoring. Granted the last 2 people who joined were teribad D- zergs, game consisted more of chatting than playing... though I did find it cute that I killed the last guy without losing a unit XD
But anyways, enough with the random ranting part. So I am playing PvZ right now, since for some reason I cannot seem to recall any of my usual builds. Thus, may as well work on one at a time. I'll found FE to leave me feeling a bit insecure; thus I have been either 2 gating or 1 gate teching to start things off, and then adapting as necessary depending on what the zerg does. Curiously enough, the D zergs (and one C- zerg I played), seem to get caught with the pants down on 1 gate tech's corsairs. It's like a turkey shoot... all those wipe open overlords without any protection.....
I do need to use more high templars though, I feel like a lot of the games I lose would've been fine if I had some hgih templars with me that had a somewhat decent amount of mana.
In one game I played, I couldn't break out, so luckily he didn't scout my base at all and carriers came out .... but that was also extremely lucky because I killed his greater spire and his defiler mound when plague was 99% done. Else shit might have gone down, since there was some mass hydra/ensnare/devourer action going on (and I had somehow managed to lose my corsairs). I suppose doing more work to keep them alive for dweb would help eh? Though the question then is what if he just runs away since my carriers are ensnared, and just slowly waits for my corsairs to run out of energy.

And yes, I know I won, but only because he did not bother scouting my tech, and so didn't react to it in time; normally I would've been screwed since I didn't break out or anything. So yea, what to do here..

I don't understand how a zerg can play ZvP without scourge now, it makes me feel so vulnerable when I do some two hatch cheese much less going 5 hatch VERY late lair.

yea, it's quite rougher than last season.
Not too worried though, I'm playing like utter shit compared to how I usually play. Such terrible macro/micro/scouting/everything right now. Must be my screwed up sleep cycle during spring break.

Yea, that point where you only had 4 cannons and he had 14-16 hydras, it was right before your first reaver popped out.
If he had scourged the first corsairs and at least used 2-4 more to threaten the shuttle he probably could have busted your entrance in the window before you added 8 more cannons. You're right though, his lack of scouting killed him.

Good luck to you on ICCup. The only people I play anymore are just whoever I can find between classes, and most of them are noobs. Maybe I should play on ICCup more myself.

yea, actually for a moment there I was just waiting for him to bust it down so we could get on to the next game. Then since he was touching himself for some reason, I figured I may as well try something =/

Last 2 days ive played 17 games im 12-5 d+ wooot my first 1v1 d+ account.
I started smurfing with a new name and randoming alot and im still winning games wtf.
When i started the first day or two this season it was so hard at d its starting to mellow out now though damn gosus starting at d.
