TES IV: Oblivion help.

So, I finished the main quest, and all the guide quests and I got bored as hell and started to google things to make Oblivion more exciting.

I came across one entry that said that I should create a frenzy and a rally spell to make the NPCs and Guards fight against one another. So I went to the Arcane University and to those stands that enable you to create spells. Well, there wasn't any "Known Effects" that covered neither frenzy or rally.

So, does someone know how to create these spells out of scratch? Buying from the Mages Guild won't help since I need something like Frenzy on Level 25 I think. I'm using the PS3 version btw so I don't think the console cheat will work. Thanks.:D

You just need spells with the effects needed for the spell. You can modify the power of the spells yourself at the altar, so just grab a low level frenzy and rally spell and you're good to go.

and you only need like level 1 frenzy for buying it, you can change the actual spell level when you make your own spell.

Have you just finished the main quest?

The Fighter's guild, Mage's guild, brotherhood of something, those are pretty fun to do.

I finished it about 3 months ago, after finishing the Mage's guild and dark brotherhood. Fighters guild was just a breeze for me...

So...I get frenzy and rally and modify them..seems easy enough, I'll try them later..

Ohh, I tried this and this ruled good. I was on the Elvens District, and I cast it on some 5-7 dudes and they went out on berserk, and then got killed by guards.

I had to combine Frenzy and Rally so it would cost 380 combined, draining my 390 magicka..
