Coffee Shop was really, really good. The plot was simple, but the execution was amazing: the way you set up about five different bits of foreshadowing--all without tipping off the reader--and cashed them in in the final two lines. And the whole story was only 38 lines itself: almost every line put a piece of the plot into place. The whole thing made me think of really tightly-written computer code or Morphy's Opera House Game. Kudos! | ||
