Always address him as sir, multiple times in one sentence if possible. Liberal use of words like "shucks" and "geewillikers" increases the likelihood of him viewing you in a "boys will be boys" light, as opposed to "nasty hardcore motherfucker". Wear sneakers and loose fitting clothing incase he becomes incensed or irrational, shouting about the American dream or "laws" as minorities frequently do, and you're forced to escape on foot.
