Like many others, I have certain tasks per day, per week, per month that I want to/need to do. Some of it is work related, some of them are hobbies, and some of them are neccesary to live a good life.
Productivity is the essence of gettings things done, on time, the right way.
The path to get there however is not so easy. Some say that humans were not created to be lazy. I reckon that's probably true, but then why is it so easy to do nothing.
That's what I wonder....
I get stuck a lot.
I get into a problem, that I can't solve. It could be anything, unsure of track design in a map editor, stuck on a code in a program, a script that wont run, a directory that I can't find...
It's so easy to get stuck and when the options run low it's easy to become unproductive, when your head spins around looking for a potential solution 50 million times and it turns out it's not it. & you still can't find the right path to success.
That is a problem.
There's a saying that says in order to finish first, first you have to finish.
Many projects that are started are never finished, because people can't find the right solutions.
I remember in 2014...
I sat up a game server. In a game called CSS. I spent 4-5 hours troubleshooting the whole thing before I got it up and running. That was a super small scale project, and yet it takes a bit of effort.
Effort is great. You want to be successfull you better start off with the one thing you can control...
Your effort.
I don't know what I'm writing right now.
I just want to say, in todays age with so many distractions it's hard to stay productive. I have many things I want to do, but many projects stagnate. Time is spent on other stuff. Things are forgotten etc.
Sometimes lack of motivation comes from lack of reason. To have a why is a key step to figure out why you should move forward in the first place.
If you don't know where to go you'll eventually end up somewhere you didn't want to go to.
Take it or leave it for what it is.
Thanks for reading this chaos.
