This was today's exercise objective;
Upon waking up my legs ached all over which was probably a good sign. I just hoped that the days routine wouldn't focus so much on the legs, as you can see I was wrong...
Thursday is a busy day, I have to be in school for 9am and I was only able to get about 4 hours sleep. Struggling to walk down the stairs was also a interesting experience. After a arduous economics lesson I returned home at about 1pm and decided to do the entire routine in one go.
I decided upon the level two variant... big mistake. Almost as big as choosing zerg as my main race!
I started off with a plank which I just managed to complete, my arms were shaking by the time the 2 minutes were up. Next came the wall sit which was probably the most brutal thing I had ever attempted, after a mere 70 seconds my quadriceps began to burn and I had to stop after 80 seconds, not the best first attempt.
To break things up I went on over to the cardio exercise, which I managed to complete with relative ease as the routine didn't put any further strain upon my weakened legs and unlike the day before I was able to keep my breathing under control.
Then came the remainder of the planks and wall sits. Unlike before I managed to complete the remaining wall sits without stopping before the 2 minute mark, it was still tough and painful but I fought through it! #muchheroism
The remaining planks proved the most challenging. I ended up completing four one minute planks instead of the two. I may have to put some extra work into my arms which appear to be the weakest park of my body.
By the end of the routine it hurt to stand up, sit down and walk. But it was done.
After a disappointing set of exercises I hoped I would have more luck in Starcraft and would be able to build upon the success of the day before.
I played Starcraft for about two hours before my internet went down again. I took a beating ending the night 1-6 and like the night before I was unable to play hearthstone. Maintaining a stable connection is appearing to be the greatest challenge of all! However the time spent was not in vain, I got 1 new follower and I also improved my mechanics further which is currently my main goal in regards to Starcraft 2.
Tomorrow ill start the stream at 7pm GMT+1 and I would love to see more of you there and hopefully one of you will give this program a go and let me know how it went, you have 18 hours!!!
Thanks for reading and keeping me motivated ill see you tomorrow!
