Ok so, at work in the office today, we somehow came upon a strange conversation which basically turned into Listing your favorites of music.
Favorite Musician/Artist/Band ever:
Favorite Song Ever:
Favorite CD Ever ('Greatest hits' albums are NOT ALLOWED!):
Was interesting because everyone I asked except one, had a different band in each of the first 2, and their favorite song was not on their favorite CD.
Was interesting to see how songs, bands, and cd's all connect separately with individuals on different levels.
So I thought I would pose the question to TL'ers.
My answers:
Song: Youth of the Nation POD Band: Blink 182 Favorite CD Ever: The Enimen Show - Eminem (obv) Favorite Genre/Era : Early 2k Punk/Alt Rock. (Sum 41, Blink 182, NFG, AAR, GC, Green Day, etc....)

I would have to ponder this a bit, but surprisingly, although I dislike most rap and hip hop, The Eminem Show is one of my favourite albums as well.

Lets give this a go:
Favorite Artist: Bad Religion. My music tastes have varied quite a bit throught the past 10 years or so but BR has always been a constant in my life Favorite Song: Tiger Army - In the orchard (This question made my brain hurt) Favorite Album: My Degeneration by Flashlight Brown. I don't even remember how I found out about this band. Pity they never stuck around. Second album wasn't quite as good.
