Hello everyone,
I would really like to ask of some help in the form of Zerg coaching. I have had tremendous trouble identifying the most important areas in which I should first try to improve in. I just feel like I generally suck at pretty much everything I do...
My ID is Doc 284 (EU server) I am a mid diamond Zerg I would probably like to focus on general decision making and macro first but maybe you know better I am usually online late in the evening, but next week I can be online pretty much any time
plz message me and I will send you my skype ID as well.
Thanks a lot in advance, you have no idea how much this means to me.
best regards,
Axel

Have you tried asking ppl to help analyze your replays and what mistakes you made? If you haven't, maybe do that before asking for coaching. I see your pain though, I'm in kindof the same situation myself T_T

hi achristes, thank you for your reply.
Yes, I have posted replays before, and they helped find the issues in the particular games I played. However, I am facing all kind of troubles and focus my practise time on things where I am not even sure whether they are useful.
One example, for the past months I have directed most of my attention on injects. I have done the backspace method, then shifted to binding separate hatches (nestea style), now I am binding them to different hatches and with my fourth base switch to the backspace method. Yet, I still feel there is room for improvement. The thing is, I dont even know if that is my main issue, maybe I am horible at scouting and dont even realize it, but in some games I scout just fine and if that is the replay I post then I would get advise that might not help me as much.
I just dont know what my main weaknesses are, and they seem to vary a lot too.
If I had only one or two hours of someone guiding me ingame during my play, I think that would help me a lot. Like "dude, stop looking at your queens and get rid of those 1000+ minerals asap" for example
thanks again

Yo, if you are on the US server, you could go to the Diamond + Practice channel; most of the time there are at least 50 ppl in the channel, and I'm sure you could find a good z player who would be willing to help you, or at least some good players willing to give you tips for each matchup.

thanks, I forgot to mention that I only have an EU account, unfortunately... when using the search function I found a lot of US server zerg coaching support, but I havnt found an EU master level zerg willing to coach yet.

Hey there, feel free to add me on Khazroul.213, I'm very low masters and can't really say I can "coach" you per se, but I'm more than willing to answer any questions you have immediately after games, and would happily add you on skype etc if you want to send me replays to check over.
I don't play anywhere near enough to keep up on current ladder trends around high dia-masters though, I mostly just watch the game !

Due to your legitimate demand, I included two replays, so even if you do not want to coach, maybe you can take a look at them and note some general issues that are common to both. (both games are ZvP, my weakest matchup on Antiga Shipyard, where I seem to not be able to handle 3 basing Protoss).
In both games, I seem to either under- or overestimate the amount of eco/army balance of the toss. I also have a hard time figuring out a good unit mix to different toss army compositions, I usually go roach/corruptor when toss goes air/collossi otherwise I go roach hyrda. I am also not sure whether a 14pool 16gas opening for ling speed makes any sense.

any advise is appreciated, thanks a lot again

I'm on NA as well sadly but I wish you luck! Also if it helps, think of it as being in the top 20% of EU. That's not really bad... You might not be good compared to the pro's but if you play the game for fun you are way better than 80% of the people playing in Europe! That's pretty good
