Now that I finally have some time off work I thought it might be fun to do some messing around with Photoshop. Anyway since deltacraft did a Photoshop stream session I though it might be fun to do a Photoshop and graphics stream. I will mostly be streaming Starcraft related graphic requests but I might branch out into other areas as well.

The stream for this one is pretty long due to all the masking required (masking hair sucks
). At the start of the stream I show where to get Korean fonts from. This was the hardest image to come up for so far, it wasn't until I decided to play off the emperor concept that it came together.

I couldn't stream live this time since I didn't have the upload bandwidth available (blame Australian internet it is worse than many developing countries). Also the start of the video is a bit cut off since the first part got corrupted somehow . Anyway this one is kind of based on a photo of The Notorious BIG. I couldn't find any high-res images of July (what's with Korean press and low-res images?) so I had to do something different to make it work.

I did a firebat wallpaper last night as a test although my brother was using Skype at the same time so the video quality wasn't the best it could be.

I have the following 3d models from the campaign which I can create scenes from in 3dsMax for wallpapers or whatever:

Medivac
Viking (Ground mode)
Firebat
Marauder
Marine (attached to biped rig)
Siege Tank
Zergling
Hydralisk
Mutalisk
Zeratul (Dark Templar)
I don't have the time (or the interest) to create new models from scratch so keep that in mind.
My plan is to do some wallpapers based on pro-gamers.
If anyone has any ideas or requests let me know. I'll be streaming later on today sometime. I have been using Photoshop for about 14 years.
