Hello TL'ers.
I signed up for beta ages ago! and I am starting to get a little impacient, since I have not recieved a beta key yet. I really want to get playing. There are so many noobs in DotA. It is hard to believe that so many noobs make their way in to garena, but they do. It is fucking unbelievable how many leave, and how many just plain suck. That is why I really look forward to DotA 2......MMR. I would consider myself being a pretty consistent DotA player and I usually don't die too much, I have played alot of clan wars, and I have played somewhat serious once upon a time.
Also, this will be a followup to my earlier blog about me leaving SC2 for a while, if not for a very ling time. After not playing SC2 for just a week, I could already feel I was much more relaxed and was enjoying myself much more. Also, I feel I have much more sparetime now, even though I have the same as before. I just think SC2 was too demanding for me, and just wasn't mean for me. So I am going back to DotA again and will probably try to start playing serious again. I had great fun with SC2, but also lot of frustration and pain.
Farewell SC2, you will always be in my heart. <3

I got the beta from a friend and I am just garbage at dota. Best of luck to you and try not to take thing so seriously if SC2 causes your life stress

You might be waiting one day or one month you never know. If you really want an mmr system play hon for now

I'll do with DotA till I get beta, will just have to play with those noobs and get the best out of it....

Yeah i am enjoying dota 2 a lot more than sc2. Everything that valve seems to be doing feels right.

If u dont still have it u should try playing DotA on iccup. I was very frustrated on garena players too but then i heard about iCCup. I think there is working MMR system and very low ping games.

I wish you could re-gift other ppl your beta access.. 
My friend got me in a couple months ago because I used to play dota/hon with him but after playing LoL for a while I can't seem to enjoy the game with its the slow pace / eternity of farming.

I wish I could get a dota 2 beta key as well. Just got to wait I guess until it comes or something.

Did you guys participate in the playdota.com key draw? You need acount created before the draw started and that's all. It's 120 keys a day so if you have acount better sign into it even if you have beta already, so that other TL members can get it

The matchmaking system in dota 2 is currently really bad. You wont get away from noobs in there.
Its still fun though.

It's not that the mm system is bad, it's that they don't have a very large pool of players to choose from.
