EPTYesterday I stayed up late to play a few more ladders. Last game was a weird ZvZ where my enemy went for muta ling baneling and I countered it successfully with hydra ling baneling.
I was quite happy with myself when I pressed “s” to get to the score screen. But then my happiness multiplied X10 as I saw the blue star with oh-so-long-awaited “Congratulations! You have been promoted”
What a cool way to end the day! I was so emotionally pumped that I stayed up to play 3 more games with a protoss friend. I laughed out loud and spammed happy faces ;-) I waited so0o0o long for that promotion and worked so0o0o0o hard for it. And now after four and a half months of intense practice I got from Silver all the way to Masters.
The next step is to get my ass kicked by as many Masters as possible, as soon as possible. I’m winning about 40% of games against low masters and losing all against mid masters. But hey, that’s about to change ;-)
