The men of the past had an ideal called "liberty," which was just a knee jerk reaction to the oppressions of the past. Now we are enlightened enough to understand that freedom can have harmful effects. Science has proven that free speech is dangerous and harmful, we ought to be done with it completely. What good does it do society to allow people to walk around advocating fascism, or hatred towards gays, or revolution? No good at all, society should stamp it out.
There is no need for struggle or pain these days. One day we will have soma to eradicate it nearly completely. Face a difficulty in life, and you can take a soma holiday, and be free from the decidedly unnecessary discomfort. In the past coping was necessary, and bought at years of effort and difficult experience. Soon we will have a world where pain is extinct.
We seek the world where men are no longer capable of great action. Greatness is oppression, and immoderation. To the last men, moderation is godliness. Guns give individuals power. We shall abolish guns. Wealth gives individuals power. We shall abolish wealth. War is the epitome of a power struggle. We shall abolish it. Power will be outlawed, and there will be no one left to disturb your comfort or peace.
No rich and no poor, no sinner and no saint, no ruler or ruled. No shepard, and one herd.
Our virtues are comfort, safety, peace, and moderation. We seek the green pastures, where the herd can chew the cud, and there is no wolf in sheep's clothing. We will eradicate all wolves, and we shall call it "education."
Alas, man will no longer be capable of great action. Goals require too much exertion, we say. We shall focus all our efforts on reducing our efforts, and we shall call it "democracy."
To the last men, greatness is a good nights sleep. To the last men, great is he who discovers how to remove even a little more pain or suffering. Anyone who thinks otherwise will go voluntarily into the madhouse. And we shall call it "happiness."
Man will no longer be capable of despising himself. He will no longer be capable of asking, "What matters my happiness? What matters my contentment?"

He's simply saying that your interpertation of Nietzschian philosophy that equates power with morality vs the Utopianism/Liberalism of John Stuart Mills that you seem to be condemning in your satirical post is an unfair comparison since you make no analysis of either but simply apply broad brushstroke generalization.
