Alright, while I was a gold terran I was always top 3 in my division and played a lot ofof plat people, I beat a good portion of them too, now in season 4, I just got promoted to platinum myself.
I can't win a single game. Every TvT they drop my back then storm my front, Zergs bling bust me to pieces, then pick me apart with mutas, Protoss either blinks into my main or FF's then storms my army. Idk if I just have bad builds or if my mechanics are bad.
Vs Terran I do a lot of things, 1 rax expo, 1 tank expo, banshee,blue flame drops.
Vs zerg I range from bunker pressure expand or go blue flame hellions, but I rarely do much damage as they get oaches and counter attack.
Against protoss I go standard MMM with ghost and I feel like my emps are good but their chargelots kinda own my force anyways.
I REALLY need help, never been on such a losing streak in my life.

take a shower, jerk off, then come back and play some more, you'll play better when your head is clear. you don't need a coach, you're in platinum.

Post a couple reps. Chances are you need to clean up your builds and refine your mechanics to get to the next level.

As a zerg player, I think the strongest build for you to do TvZ is reactor-hellion expand. This gives you map-control, and allows you to apply some pressure.
If you get a sniff out a roach counterattack on the way, make sure you have 8-10 marines and try to pop up some bunkers before the roaches arrive. Then mass repair your way into victory.

I think you should take the time to post some replays, and analyze why you think you lost, then let others analyze it and see what they come up with. Theres no way for people to help you right now, because you havent given us any problems to address. Post some replays!!

In TvT, get a Viking or 2 out when you can, really shuts down a lot of harass. Or open cloaked Banshees to take the initiative.
But honestly, just don't give a damn. Take a break if you want, but eventually you'll want to come back and play more (if you don't then stop, that's ok too), and you'll eventually get better at dealing with stuff. I used to lose all the time to 4/5 gate all-ins but eventually learnt the signs and built the bunkers.

At the end of season 2 I was #2 in my gold division and had been playing mostly platinum opponents for a weeks. My win percentage was over 60% with 80% win rates over protoss and terran.
And then something strange happened. I slumped two nights straight. I guess that's ok, I did have to take a small break for school, but my strategies are the same and the execution is better. For the next two weeks I had about a 30% win ratio, dropped several hundred ladder points, and grew frustrated at losing to a bunch of non-cheese/non-allins. Are these people REALLY platinum?! Am I REALLY platinum?????
The answer is quite simple - I was not as good as I thought I was. The same goes for you. You may have been big stuff in that dinky gold ladder, but now you're in a bigger pond and you gotta earn your chops (in blood).
As for your strategies, go through your replays and ensure you're executing them to the best of your abilities. Find points you can improve (especially macro mechanics) and have at it.
I'm still a plat zerg, and your TvZ, while a tried and true strategy from the pros, can get very micro-intensive. This is ok so long as you can macro behind it. A few nights ago I won a game where a terran went 1-1-1, rushed 4 hellions, then a cloaked banshee WITH 4 hellion drop, then two more cloaked banshees and another 4 hellion drop. Yeah, I took damage (especially since I play ling/infestor/ultra), but my opponent wasn't macroing behind the harass. At one point I had a 20 worker lead WHILE being harassed. I steamrolled the guy with superior production and upgrades about 10 minutes later.

Not to mention anything you'd use to wash yourself is an AWFUL idea to use as lube. 1 step further and you are using benzoyl peroxide...
