Don't just stand there... Grab it by the balls!

I woke up with the thought of finally advancing to masters league. As I said the above to myself, I jumped out of bed to grab some Starcraft ;-)

First game was lovely. After a tough earlygame pressure, I completely outplayed the terran with fungal growth and neural parasite.

After his GG I have a huge sigh of relief, realizing how mentally exhausting that was. Zerg army reqiures so0o much precise control, so much APM. I have 4 control groups:

1. Zerglings and banelings
2. Banelings early game / Infestors lategame
3. Infestors midgame / Broodlords lategame
4. Air - mutalisks and corruptors

(I have my banes in both groups, so I can a-move them with lings adn then micro only banes during battle)

Terrans on the other hand often use 1 control group for all their army. Two groups max. I've got 4 groups that need to be on hold position, otherwise they'll suicide into tank fire.

So after that game, 10 minute break!

It's all dependent on the player. People like Stephano and Nerchio use 2 unit control groups maximum and then there's Mihai and Select who use 3-5.

I guess with 2 control groups they have all the lings, banes and infestors together and mutas in 2nd group. Interesting, it sounds like it might actually work. Just infestors are in more danger and its harder to micro banes.
