When my deployment was over, there was a few things on my to do list. Like get a job, get an apartment, (sexy time with girlfriend), and get a car. I finally got the most important one, a car.
Now let me tell you, it is NOT a smart idea to buy a car with out insurance the day after a hurricane >_> I showed up with my girlfriend, forgot that I needed insurance and had to run from Portsmouth to Rochester about 4 times, one of those trips happened to be to get insured. With all the paper work I needed and being insured, it was time to buy the car. It was an '07 Hyundai Sonata and cost me $8000 out of pocket. I paid for the car in total so it was all mine >:D
Anyways, since it was finally mine, it was time to decide the most crucial part of the car. The part of the car that let people know what kind of person I am. With the help of my girlfriend and many days of deliberation, we decided on what it would be... The license plate of the car would be"1A2A3A" !!

She runs pretty great, not bad for my first car ^_^. Has nice miles to the gallon as well.

After 2006 Hyundai got their shit together and started to really up their quality.
I used to buy Fords, then my wife got a 2011 Sonata and I loved it so much I traded in my car to get a Genesis.
They have awesome warranties too and the insurance isn't bad. Can't go wrong with them anymore. The new models also look really nice.
