The challenge sounds very hard to fulfil. What do you think about turning it into some kind of team challenge, so that you have more support for training and to complete it? I guess Sheth for example would be delighted to visit you and eat some tasty doughnouts and Jinro could help with some legendary Chin-ups.  To keep the contest spirit alive you could measure who contributed the most to achieve the set goals and determine a winner of the challenge. But this is just my humble suggestion, good luck with the project and at the next MLG! | ||

My people had a run 100 miles and drink 100 beers in a week challenge. That is more endurance oriented for a mid distance runner though. | ||
