There is no evidence for what he's saying, and therefor no need to believe it, or to even consider it. If I tell you that every time you close your eyes and no one else is looking, dancing skeletons that can't appear on any sensors teleport in front of you, and that if you don't act a certain way and do certain things, they will torture you forever after you die, you're not gonna take me seriously. Especially not if my argument is a book that says it's true. Also, Ted Haggard is completely heterosexual. | ||

Thanks for all the replies, appriciate it and i do agree. I do not think this will happend, and some of theese comments really made me more convinced that it wont occur such a tragic and terrifying event. It's actually quite remarkable, having grown up in a heavily 'religious' part of the country, how few christians who went to church regularly had never read the Bible in its entirety. Random side thought: I've always thought the wording of 'day/hour' was interesting, since it could remove other frames of time. Not knowing the day or hour may not necessarily exclude one from knowing the month or year, heh. | ||
