So after starting the game I, excitedly, began with the campain. First you have to start with terran and then the story continues. I suddenly realized that I have come to a crossroad. What race do I pick to play in the ladder games? What is the best? Which build do I use to beat my opponents? Which strategy is the best? What the heck is these supply cost facts?
I decided to play protoss, they are “cute” and I like the stalker build. But how do I apply it? How does LiquidHuk do it? What strategy is good to use against what? And how the heck can I start to move my fingers fast? Hmm, this needs to be drawn down…so many questions..I wish I had a genius behind me who could drill me what to do.
I am so used to use W A S D to move around on the map from the MMORPGs. Should I use the arrows or the mouse? ~_~ This sure needs getting used to.

Don't use the arrow keys unless you're Boxer. Watch as many VODS and replays as you can. Practise builds on the computer to get them down before you try them against other people. Be prepared to lose many many games before you win one. If you have any RL friends practise and talk about the game with them (a healthy rivalry is always good too). Be willing to learn.
Game sense (as well as knowing "what strategy is good to use against what") will only come of playing many games, as well as APM ("fast finger movement"). Neither of the three races are the best, so choose what race has the general playstyle you feel fits you most. More importantly, choose the race you have most fun with.
Study the pro's to see what they do in what situation, but most importantly practise, practise, practise!
Hope it helped.
EDIT: grammar

The mouse and keyboard are equally important. If you don't feel like one is doing as much as the other you should change how you play
