For rush, my fraternity hosts an event where we have 5 boxing matches between people who are insured. It's a lot of fun. I've got a fight this Friday and I'm looking for an intro song. So far, I'm using this:
I'm 157 on the dot, the other guy is ~185 and fat. I'm gonna whoop his ass. His song is whoop there it is, so I figured a song like dance of the knights would be a good counterpoint to keep stuff interesting.
Open to suggestions, but I want to stay kind of tongue-and-cheek or cheesy, I'm considering recruiting my brother to play the rocky theme on trumpet or using push it to the limit. Let me know if you have any suggestions

Youtube sure knows how to hammer my buttons wildly until I am so cross I am straight again.
Neither of the song names ring a bell but perhaps you should look for something British. If I really wanted something quick and dirty I'd go grab the Holy Grail theme.
less than 10 hours till I step into the ring, my nerves are finally starting to fire up. i feel tension and anxiety in my chest and thinking about it so much is sort of tiring me, but I'm pumped and excited at the same time. I might watch fight club, gladiator or troy after my last class.
I know I have more stamina and I'm quicker than the guy I'm fighting, so when it starts I'm gonna berserk for maybe the first 10-15 seconds to inspire some fear of getting punched, then tone it back and find his openings and tire him out. Then when his shoulders are too drained to have a proper guard I'll start working in combos on his head and his body. I'm worried he'll connect a good one and I'll abandon my game plan by giving in to anger. I want to use the strengths I know I have
boxing would fuck my body up too much to actually pursue but still I frickin love this
