Just had a crazy idea:

Wonder if I could get one of my lads to sing the Banelings song...perhaps as a marketing ploy for a certain game, Garcraft 2? I would be, of course, Brustin Dowder, VP, Gizzard Entertainment.

Definitely worth a shot.

Oh god, this is fucking amazing. Your "documents" had me rofling hard xD

The bad news is that the best of the lot is still very far from completing. The lad in question has been hooked for 2 months in a fantasy world (and a great fantasy world it is: 12 characters, and 4-5 major story arcs. I am not exaggerating when I say it has enough content to fuel a soap opera for months), and the end is still not quite in sight.

Looking forward to this one!

Haha, enjoyed reading the whole thing. Man, was that scammer lazy, makes me wonder who would actually fall for that.

Wow this is amazing! Kind of reminds me how we used to get telemarketer spam so often that I would just start messing with them, like "oh he's dead", "we're wondering where they are too", etc.

How do you actually make initial contact with them, though? I was actually working at my local pharmacy and we got a random paper faxed to us talking about a Liberian king who had just died and his fortune was up for grabs and how to inherit it LOL. So they really do blanket as much as they can I guess.

I personally use an email account whose address has been seeded on internet guestbooks. Get about 20 scam mails a day.
