srsly, today must be the hottest day in the history in here Finland...I mean wtf, 31 Celsius in the coldest country of the world...
so half an hour ago I was bored, so I decided to buy some snacks and coke from local store, I was too lazy, so I thought go to shop by driving... But fuck, I was fucking burned during driving, srsly....there must 60 Celsius in my car...because my car was basking in the sun at park...and now finally I got home, but I still feel uncomfortable because of the hotness, I think I'm sick lol...
Anyways, I think I'm gonna take a cold shower now.... fuck!! I hate summer.
btw tlnetizens, how hot is in ur country?

|
31 Celsius is pretty much still ok in here since we are a tropical country.
Though it's a whole different story when it starts to peak at 38 to 42...
The coldest temperatures that we can get to is still above 20 degrees Celsius which happens during the morning of January to February.
|
Last week or so it was fairly hot here but I'm not sure I think 25-30 celsius? Yesterday and today it's cooled down.
Last summer we had a heat wave which was fucking horrible. Low 40s and I was doing landscaping/labor working directly in the sun TT
|
13 C here, im freezing my beans off. might have to get the old heater out

We had multiple days at ~38° celsius (+100°F) this past week on the east coast of the US.
|
38 here, can't even buy an icecream because it would thaw before I payed for it.
|
Be happy, summer rules! You'll have plenty of winter when the time comes. It's been around or over 30 degrees here for about the last 2 weeks. And now I finally have time to go swimming.
|
Yepp it's very hot today T_T
|
It's actually pretty effed up here.
I have a friend who is an exchange student from South California and she said that even if it's hot there, the sea breeze cools things off, unlike here where its hot and you're in the middle of a landmass..not to mention the mountain ranges that block winds from the east (which actually works to our advantage sometimes)
|
It hasn't been hot in my area for a few days now but the one day it was hot as hell and me and my friends were in a blue and black tent. There was ants in our tent. We found them in this spot where after we took the pillow off of them, after like a minute, the heat killed them. We were outside for like half an hour in a pool and still got burned to all hell.

mhmm
30-32 is pretty much the standard summer temp here
|
After 10 ten of early 40°C and start to like my air conditioning and the now cooler weather even tough it rains a lot 8[
|
It's 29°C over here, but it has been raining for the past few days, so the temps might rise somewhat this week. Hope they don't, we had a few summers of 35°C and it was extremely uncomfortable.

Over 40C this weekend. Saturday night 2am it was still 32C wtf. This is central Europe not Kuweit.
Thank god I had to drive through half the country yesterday and could thus stay in comfortably AC'd 17C.

We peak at around 38-40, but what reeeeeeally gets to you is the humidity. Relative humidity is always very close to 100% :<
|
Our high is around 48C here, with it often reaching above 45C. But at least our humidity is really low, only about 25%. Still, in the heat of the summer, it really fucking sucks.
|
It's like 19°C here today and very cloudy
Have been some really good days this summer so far though, hopefully it will continue!
|
I have a feeling this year weather is a little bit different. It is very strange. Do you people feel the same, or I just think too much?
|
It's been 7 days of hot fucking heat wave here.
I live in a small place and have no clim, imagine this, It's too hot for me to play the beta.
|
I moved into an apt without AC...I'm starting to realize how spoiled I was my childhood. Man it is hottt around 38C.
|
Just lived through a couple consecutive days of 35+ degree weather in Shanghai, Xi'an, and Beijing. Now it's been raining glorious, glorious rain here in Beijing and it's dropped to under 30 sometimes.
Heading back home tomorrow where I hear it hasn't been much better >_>

ya there's been a heatwave across the country this week. like constant 30+ degrees with 90%+ humidity. frackin brutal
|
29°C here but thankfully I have air conditioning in my room, so it is pretty cool :>
|
gonna be 40+ again by the end of the week in Toronto! hooooray! fuck me...i want a pool
|
it's actually quite cool here now since it rained the entire day and now the temperature is about 28°C.It's been fairly cool for the past few days with temperatures between 28-35°C.it's monsoon season here so the temps are a little low nowadays.

So I do, but my computer easily negates the cooling effect :D

I almost find this blog offensive. Imagine how you would feel if someone like me from Florida made a blog about how it's 7° C and they are afraid of frostbite.

17C here.
July always seems to be colder than June in Ireland.

Well you have to factor in that people over here usually don't have AC at home (or even in the office). 32C at night is just not right in Central Europe.
Of course, don't know if you have heating or not.

It's a cool 16° C in SF. ;o

Its about 30-32 C in Jönköping, Sweden. Pretty much 30 C in whole Sweden i think. I think its sweet during daytime, since im at work anyway and the temperature is about 21 here i belive. After work you can chill at the beach so thats awsome. Nights though....god damnit I cant sleep when its this hot.
|
Down here in the South, the heat gets pretty bad. Heat index stays about 100+ throughout most of the day. You get to use to it sadly....
|
It's about 31 in here right now. I took a cold shower and when I got out the floor felt warm. That was pretty nice.
But otherwise summer is the worst.
|
Why are people in Canada and other cold countries (and the OP) complaining about hot weather? Its better than -20C, that's for sure.
|
I'd rather it be -20C I could just put on a couple layers
Stupid student housing with no AC....at least its been raining the last couple of days

You don't like -20? I think that's pretty good. I mean, even if you're too cold, what happens? You go numb and you can't feel anything. But if you get too hot then you start sweating and stuff and end up with a headache. It's better to be too cold than too hot.

Fuck, one day the air was so hot and humid I felt like I walked into a sauna. Hate this kind of weather.

When it's too cold and I go inside after being outside, my hands and toes start hurting like hell. In the heat, I just sweat a lot which doesn't really bother me. Plus, when it's cold there is usually ice and snow which is hard to walk through.

It is horrible...
I'm playing comp shirtless, with open windows and i still sweat Summer in Southern France is too hot.
It is around 30-35° depending of the day. But worst moment is August... 35-40° T-T -> flee to the moutain / beach
|
all last week was over 40'C with humidex.
IT was fucking 36'C in my apartment

how do you fuck in -20 weather? Can you even get an erection without your testicles looking like mark wood's ?

Why would you be naked outside at -20 degrees anyway? Haha. I mean, sometimes I go out in a t-shirt when it's -20, but I don't think I would be naked.
+ Show Spoiler +Besides, you don't have to be naked to have sex.

I wanted to add to McDonalds other bright side of cold - you don't need to feel ashamed while spending all your time at the PC as long as there's not any snow for skiing. It's just a great excuse. As for sex, well if you're an outdoor kind of guy then I guess warm weather is better.
|
north east US is pretty bad. for like the past month the weather has been so freaking hot. being close to NY is not comfortable at all in terms of the weather. i've been wandering around with my shirt off everyday and i had to turn my AC and put the laptop cooler under my notebook so that i could run the beta decently lol
|
Just took an icy cold shower... ahh feels so good. Guess it's about 32°C here in Munich which is absolutely fine but the mugginess is so ridiculous cruel sometimes.
|
Texas (one of the southernmost states of the US) is always so hot, but the worst part is the humidity. 100°F feels so much worse with the crazy humidity levels we have. It's so terrible to do anything outside.
|

I don't want to get too far into this, but when it's cold outside, it feels that much warmer.
Just saying.

34 degrees up here in Croatia, sweating like a pig. No air conditioner, no vent, i live right under the roof in the rented apartment with no isolation.
sauna here we come.
lost 5kg due to only sweating :/

but you said you like -20 because you can go cold and numb and stuff, so i assumed it would have an impact. even if im in a room in positive temperatures, its still chilly with my kit off and my gear out

At least you have sun, I live on the west coast of the good ol USA and it's been around 13-14C. IN SUMMER.
|
Well it's 81F here (a little over 21C), but it's been a lot hotter recently (into the upper-30s, around 38 i suppose). It's not that hot today but the issue is that it's humid and there's no breeze and it looks like it's probably gonna storm.
SHIT SUCKS.
Also brood is spot-on. I live in Maryland just south-east of DC and it's basically been hot as balls all along the east coast for a week or so.
|
its ok here, its 30 degrees hot, and i like heat, but the winter was really a slump. 2 meter snow -10 degree for an extented period of time. The global warming are fucking with us, so dont look forward to 2050 if this is only 2010. Lol you start complaining now? you might aswell commit suicide by the time of 2020.
|
This heat is killing me, I cant do shit. I feel lazy all the time and cant sleep cause its too hot !... -20C is much better, u can always put more clothes on if u r cold, but if its too hot I cant take my skin off even if I wanted
|
I thought you were used to Sauna
|
Around 30~ here probably more in sun, not the best weather to be infected with erysipelas... I'd rather be out there enjoying the summer, but instead I'm stuck here tired and feverish.
|
Mmm, around 20 Degrees celsius, but idc I just stay inside :D

FUCK i hate the US. haha if you want a really quick, rough estimate, multiply C by two and then add 32. It's actually supposed to be 1.8, but it's easier to do in your head. you'll learn how to round down just enough for it to be no more than 1 or 2 degrees off.
also, it feels hotter here in NYS than when i was down in florida. wtf. oh, and the a/c at work broke. i'm about to rage.

Stick 100% humidity and high dew points to it, whole different story.
|
Here in AZ you get 40-45 C in the summer. At least it's not humid.
|
Haha, we've just gone through a really cold period with termperatures getting down to 0 degrees, which is REALLY FRICKEN COLD and mostly unheard of here. 31 degrees is considered a cool break from the hot weather for us in summer. But I guess we are used to it, and more importantly prepared for it.
Everyone prettymuch has some form of airconditioning in their home here, but few have decent heating systems. So when it gets cold, we've got nothing we can do about it but put every piece of clothing we have on (we dont even had decent warm clothing). I can imagine it would be the reverse for you guys.
|
40-45 C for about 6 months out of the year here

Its SO hot and humid in DC right now, almost unbearable.
|
Man all this C business is making me feel stupid.
It's been fluctuating a lot here in the Appalachian area. 36C down to like 21C. Really the only thing that bugs me about the heat is that I have no AC in this house AT ALL and my PC gets up to 50C in the hot weather when I'm gaming.
|
31 in finland? thats not right here in argentina its real cold but in reality it should be we are in the middle of winter.. the freaky thing was that a week ago there was a day that was like 27 degrees C WTF in the middle of winter?
