Just boil water and add some lemon juice. Teas also good. And ya, gargling salt water is amazingly effective if you can handle it. | ||

If you have a ore throat caused by a bacterial infection (strep, tonsilitis, etc) you can kill the bacteria by letting garlic juice run down the back of your throat. It doesn't make the other symptoms go away, but the sore throat gets a lot better! | ||
