So i have a ton of cup noodles:
![[image loading]](http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/img/prods/food/noodle/ramen/15005922-nissan-cup-o-noodle-chkn.jpg)
However, they are extremely bland/plain and I need ways to make it taste better/thicker/more gosu. Right now, all I do to prepare the cup noodle is add water, warm it up, and then add a bunch of Tapatio sauce in it and eat it. But it's too plain still, and I want tips on what I can add to it to make it more tastier. If you have any tips on things you do to make your cup noodle taste better, share them here so I can try them out. Thanks!

Or get your own meat or vegetables to add to it.
Also, Sriracha sauce.
|
fuck the cup. if you want exotic badass cup noodles, boil some water in a pot, put the nooodles and the vegetables in it and let it stew depending on how thick or how tender you want the noodles to be. then if you're a real badass motherf*cker, you can put a egg into it, then some sausages and bacon into it. eat when your ingredients are fully cooked and enjoy.
and if you fail at making it, dont ever gg. hide the farm if you have to.

Also, Sriracha sauce. Sriracha sauce may be good but if it goes all the way down into the soup, dont bother drinking the soup because it sucks to be you next morning when your in the bathroom longer than usual.

just add crystallized chilli powder. fuck the flavour, bring on the pain.
|
You can't do much with cups since the water isn't boiling and it cools off too fast. If you have a pot and instant noodle packages, there's a lot you can do.
|
basically you bought the wrong type of noodles always get thhe shrimp noodle if ure gonna get a cup noodle!!!! but this is whatcha gotta do ehehe =D

Just like how a noob who physically cannot focus on more than one thing cannot beat JD in a BO5 no matter how hard he trains, if you want Gosu Noodles, you gotta start with the right base.

You should make a poll about this since many people have similar answers....
But yea, I don't think cup noodles are ideal or correctly right to be gosu.... especially that brand, I mean at least use a Korean cup noodles, they're yummy...
Also, I would recommend adding Kimchi with the noodles! :D
*Edit* LOLLLLLLLL, Wings beat me to it! Exactly like what he is saying with all the visuals! ^_^

From my days of tutoring, I have come to this conclusion
Shrimp Cup Noodle + Soy Sauce + Pepper packets = Udon tasting cup noodles.
Try it before hating on it
|
lol you gotta master the BO before you can get gosu at noodle cup.
|
add vegetables, chicken meat and spices. not too hard huh?

My sister likes to drench her ramen in soy and/or shrimps, disgusting
I just use 2 bags of flavour powder instead of 1 if i want it to be a bit more tasty.

And yeah, add some nice chili sauce and/or meat chunks and/or some vegetable as has been said. Adding an egg is also pretty good.

Don't listen to the people who say you bought the wrong kind and you can't do anything with it. They are ignorant youngsters who don't know anything about making a good tasting meal
Just add fresh herbs like coriander, basil etc. or try adding lemongrass and galangal or ginger. You can even add some coconut milk and finely sliced spring onion. Or some shrimp paste (trassi). Or what about hot chili powder and thyme.
The options to enhanced noodles without much trouble are virtually endless. It's all about your taste so start experimenting!

Cheese would be tasty too. nom nom nom

egg is always the best way to spruce up any ramen, no matter the quality. Personally I just add whatever meat I have in my fridge that is about to expire, chopped up and boiled with the broth = great.
|
You can pick up Gosu Cup Noodles at your local Korean market. There are plenty of choices ranging from ramen, udon, 칼국수, 잔치국수 (I don't know what these are in English), and other Gosu Cup Noodles!

man damn u guys I JUST RAN OUT OF SRIRACHA AND I CANT GET ANYMORE!!!!!!! UNTIL TOMORROW WHAT THE FUCK AM I GONNA DO
FUCK i use that shit on EVERYTHING....EVERYTHING.

Thanks for all the comments guys, there is some good advice in here.
HOWEVER: I am dealing with a cup noodle, not ramen in a bag. If you have ever eaten one of these, you will know that there is a VERY little amount of space on top of it to add stuff. Therefore, you can only add minor things to it (like spices or pastes). The alternative is to cook the noodles first and then pour it into a bowl and then add all the extra stuff, but I'm pretty lazy and just want to do some quick modifications to get this thing to become more tasty.

I do have some bottles of mixed spices and some garlic powder and such. I'll try adding those next time and seeing the effect. The shrimp paste sounds like a good idea as well.
