I'm making a UMS map where speed is of the essence (everything is free and fast and you are defending waves of massive armies). I am considering putting Tasteless' quote about time being the 3rd resource. But I cannot remember the exact quote, where it is from, and if it is even him that originated it.

Does anyone know the nitty gritty?

Mhh I think time being the 3rd resource is a long established concept, if there was indeed such a quote (don't remember, didn't watch all Gom VODs though, and even if I did, I probably wouldn't remember anyway, lol) it wasn't exactly groundbreaking :p

I have no idea what you're asking for. Tsunami and Zileas declared concentration the third resource about 11 years ago if that's what you're looking for. If you are talking about tempo, then the origin is chess, unless it's even before that.

To make it sound official or something, and I don't want to just fabricate it. But I guess it isn't really a quote but more of a concept so this won't really do, thanks.
