I don't hear Australian or whatever accents a lot so maybe I erroneously interpret all such accents as signs that their owners are suicidal manic depressives barely managing to attempt a cheery front.

I think it looks nice and doing a craft is always applaudable in the times of the internet. I think I can even hear you smiling during the video so no idea where these other guys base their ridiculous opinions on. Cheers to you!

I do have a hard time believing that you do not consume alcohol even once in a while. Were you never part of the infamous British pub culture? =O

Thank you - I do drink a little bit during work get togethers (so maybe a couple of times a year.) but I don't consume alcohol upon a weekly or even monthly basis. I'm not keen on the taste and I have issues with the side-effects of it. I wasn't actually - I used to go to the pub very rarely, but I spent more time working (I had a part time job all the way from my last two years of school until leaving England to come to Korea.) I prefered going to a restaurant, going out walking or shopping trips tbh. Pubs are sometimes nice, but I'd only really go if it was for a pub lunch (usually with my Mum ^_^)

Just a quick update to say I was forced to eat my words (and spend my cash.) last night when I went into E-Mart for food shopping and found a big display of 'Whipple Craft' supplies and kits. I ended up buying 2 out of the 4 kits (Macaroons, doughnuts, pastry tarts, big misc kit.) plus a spare piping bag of whipple cream.

I was so excited to find them I ended up making all 4 of the pastry tarts in one go. I'm going to make the doughnuts tonight. I'll post photos when I'm done and maybe another video.
