it was something totally out of left-field, but it was definitely worth it to see how happy that little gesture made them. it's hard not to do things like that for these people since a lot of us go out to the same shows, same bars, we had our store softball season just end (5-3, wooo!). so to me they're not just co-workers anymore, but they're friends. and it's nice.
