recall is slow casting spell, so it takes a minute for the units to actually show up even if the emp hits. | ||

His arbiter was stopped so i'm sure my emp hit, but he still recalled one or two second after my emp | ||

I was sososososoosososo mad. Needs to be patched so recall is negated if the arb is struck while casting imo. | ||

Such situation happened to me before too, emp before blue whirlwind and recall still happening, i always thought that if emp hits before whirlwind then there won't be recall. | ||
