Hi, I know your policy is not to allow namechanges for accounts with over 500 posts but I would like to put forward my request in the hope that you will do an exception for me when you hear my reasoning.
This is not a "wow, this nickname is so cool. Why didn't I think to call myself that 1 year ago?" request.

I started playing wc3 and the risk mod on wc3 about 7 years ago and for the later 5-6 years I called myself nuke. Me and a couple of international friends all had subaccounts with animalnames with an "s" at the ending mine beeing "Goldfishs". When I started signing up for sites and forums "nuke" would be taken half of the times so I used goldfishs to keep it simple, so I would not need to bother remembering on which sites I was nuke and goldfishs, I do sometimes have the memory of a goldfish, no pun intended. When I finally got "Starcraft 2 Beta" I named myself Goldfishs rather then nuke to keep it simple to connect me to TeamLiquid for purposes listed further down+ Show Spoiler +

I like starcraft 2 and even tough I am currently swamped I want to become even more active for the community in the future, uploading replays, analystic casting showmatches and creating guides for certain strategys for examples.

However to my surprise I was overwhelemed by negative comments reffering my username. Every tenth person would whisper me after a game and mock or inform me the correct way to spell. It quickly became dull and pointless to explain to every single individual my reasoning for username was not based in grammar. My frustration grew and when the chance revealed itself to do a namechange after the Beta I renamed myself "nuke" without hesitation, glad to be rid of the pesty commenters. Slowly I realised I had been switching one problem for another, I had the disturbance of not having the same nickname for TeamLiquid and Starcraft 2. A minor inconvenience you could say but it really gets in the way in the smallest ways having two identitys, all the time adding unnecessary confusion and problems. I like starcraft 2 and even tough I am currently swamped I want to become even more active for the community in the future, uploading replays, analystic casting showmatches and creating guides for certain strategys for examples.

Because nuke is taken by a certain hardcore korean person I would like my name to be "risk.nuke" making it easier for everyone to keep track of who I am.
