You're missing the point that BH liks to try out weird crap that only works in very specific situations like claiming he's a medic and that people don't need to protect insert-vet because he'll do so just to find out that he lied and the vet is dead the next day. Those kind of gimmicy plays are abyssal in normal games but are somewhat encouraged in PM games and actually work if you do it correctly.

I think that's a smurf I know but the two people who used it (about 2 years ago and 0.5 years ago?) are both playing in here... so I'm either wrong and confusing him with someone or the smurf is used by someone else.
