Checkout the news article for two pictures.. One's a gameplay picture (supposedly from the match between PHE/Kim-Tae-Young vs loadofdream/Kang-min aka Nal_rA) and the other one's a screenshot of nal_ra's ranking in his division(?).
Maybe one of the translators will get to work on this news article (or maybe everyone knows about this), but here's a rough translation.
'Dreamer' Kang-min, participates in Gisado Star Challenge as an anonymous...shows off his skills
Well known "second-generation" pro-gamer and commentator 'Dreamer' Kangmin attended the "Gisado Star Challenge" on October 25th, 2010 and gained attention.
Kang-min stayed anonymous and participated in a broadcast game with the id 'loadofdream' and displayed fascinating control for a comeback win against the player Kim-Tae-Young (Protoss), which made the audience curious of the winner's identity.
Commentator Hwang-Young-Jae (Gisado) soon revealed the surprising fact that 'loadofdream' was Kang-min. The Gom TV chat and variety of communities [forums, etc] showed positive response to Kangmin's "move" to Starcraft 2.
Kang-min's battle.net ID 'loadofdream' is supposed to be 'lord of dream,' which portrays his aka 'dreamer' or 'lord of dream,' but a funny episode of his nickname being shown as 'load of dream' must have influenced this ID [wdf this part was hard to translate...i guess nal_ra thought it would be funny to make his ID as loadofdream because there was an incident where the aka lord of dream was mistakenly showed/aired as load of dream, if someone could elaborate, that would be great].
Kang-min played about 1000 games to date with the race protoss, and is currently (October 26th, 2010) ranked 147th within Korea's ELL ranking with 2270 points.
Since Kang-min will be serving for the army till 2012, he will not be able to participate in GSL or any other official leagues for that matter, despite the fact that he shows potential in Starcraft 2 [I've read that he is currently working for a middle-school, helping out the teachers (공익근무요원). He's not training like how you would normally when serving in the army (possibly for his "old" age--not sure how the system works), but he is working for the government].
The fans are aware of this situation, so they are cheering for Kang-min to practice hard for 2 years to show-off his unique play style of 'of brood war in Starcraft 2 as a 'dreamer.'
The e-sport scene is dreaming of the 2nd Renaissance with these "old" players, such as Lim-Yo-Hwan (SlayerS_BoxeR), Lee-Yoon-Yeol (NaDa), Kim-Dong-Soo (Garimto), Byun-Gil-Sup (Sync), Choi-In-Gyu (ChRh), and many other former brood war pro-gamers currently in GSL Season 2, along with Kang-min in Starcraft 2.

Good news for sc2 players who switched from brood war! I'm a bit disappointed to see that nal_ra has possibly made the move to sc2 , but it's still awesome to see that nal_ra will continue to play starcraft and stick with the e-sports scene. Hopefully we will see another "revolution" of protoss as nal_ra gets out of his mandatory military service in 2012,
I guess Nal_rA found some time to play games, and that's always a good news haha.
A question about the article...
I don't know much about Starcraft 2, but isn't 2270 points...a bit low? Maybe the ELL ranking or whatever is shown in Korea is different. His stats are not that impressive either (534 wins 454 losses). Looks like just massing games to me...I really hope Nal_rA will improve much more by the time he is able to participate in GSL.
edit: just realized, if you look at the first picture carefully, it says "load of dreams." explains his ID
