Since people are dumping information on you about e-cigarettes and hookah and all that crap, here is a NO BS ASSESSMENT:

1.) Whenever you think of a cigarette, just say to yourself "i'm only thinking of a cigarette because I used to smoke". Say it whenever you want a cigarette. You'd be amazed at how saying something often enough can make it the truth to your brain.
2.) Don't do the e-cigarette thing OR the hookah OR chewing tobacco OR the patch OR the gum OR anything with nicotine in it. The only way to quit is to never have any nicotine ever again.
3.) Cravings go away in a matter of minutes. Don't forget that the urge to smoke a cigarette will go away soon after you feel it. The longer you don't smoke, the more infrequent those cravings will become.

Justin.tv lags, isn't high quality and simply SUXS.

Huh, that sounds odd, I have watched both his and drewbies stream hours and hours and never ever had any lag issues at all. As far as I have experienced both the videoquality and the lack of lag has been way better than other streams I have watched.

Justin even got options to lower quality to reduce lag, if the bandwidth of the watcher is too low.

Edit: Please DON'T stop the singing, as requested by the post above me. Singing and talking makes it so much more entertaining to watch than all the streams with only music or gamesounds.

@root.catz I don't think your ping to korea is what is making you lose your games.
You didn't pay attention to your main getting taken out because you have no sound you have no sound because you are listening to music loudly and singing on top of it.
Is this what you call practicing? I'm not trying to insult, I'm seriously wondering whether you consider this practice
