So PR-ing this is basically all about what conditions you personally set, and depending on how much importance you give certain things, like hots vs lotv achievements, or online vs offline, you can end up with wildly different rankings
One thing I didn't like that much in the article was that the top players were seperated into multiple different categories. Typically that indicates that there is a big level difference, and I wasn't sure whether someone like Showtime should be two levels/categories below Ptitdrogo.
I would probably put Hydra, Polt and Nerchio in their own category, and then I would have top4-14 (or so) in their own category.
Marinelord should be 4th, but in general he is a bit overrated after his all kill vs Korea. While he did play well during those games, Parting and Innovation went full retard in all of their games. His record vs top foreigners is significantly worse than that of Nerchio, so I don't think he should be in the same tier.
Another player that seems quite overrated is Harstem. I think he should be on the bottom end of the list.

Koreans are not banned, they just require appropriate visas to participate. In fact a Korean just won this WCS. Europeans would also require visas to participate in Korean tournaments.

nope, anyone can sign up for GSL or SSL. Blizzard just wants to avoid more cases of B-teamers coming to WCS and humiliating foreigners
