Season 2 2015 Ladder will lock on June 22, and Season 3 will open on June 29. As per usual, MMR can still be affected during the lock time and a free name change will be given if you do not already have one. No information on Season 3 maps has been released at this point.

Let's hope season 3 map pool is an improvement over that one. I'll be happy if Inferno Pools and Expedition Lost go away and are replaced with good maps.

EDIT : and please, no more map pool with 3 4-players map. 2 4-players map is a maximum in a 7 maps pool.

If I am to believe my ladder stats this season, Coda is very popular (I have between 30-40 games on Expedition Lost, Echo and Vaani, and have 80+ on Coda). I indeed believe Coda and Echo are solid enough to last until Blizzcon.

Iron Fortress, Expedition Lost and most of all Infernal Pools need to go. Hopefully no new maps have backdoor expansions either, as they are such a pain. I would love to see 3-player maps make a comeback; they were a nice balance of being able to scout within a reasonable amount of time without having to worry so much about proxies.

So hopefully they will just reintroduce s3 maps from last year when it really matters? (proleague finals, etc)

Super excited to see the new maps. Can't for the life of me understand why anybody would think it was a good idea to make inferno pools a ladder map, fuck that map.

Once blizzard presents their new maps you will wish inferno pools never left the map pool.
