2013 WCS Season 1 Korea Runner up - STX INnoVation Winner - Woongjin Stars Soulkey
Both of these players went on to join SK Telecom with Soulkey joining in 2013, and INoVation joining in 2014.
I am not including the second season of the 2013 WCS Korea, because the event was run by Ongamenet, even though the runner up of this even was an SK Telecom T1 player, Rain.
2013 WCS Season 3 Korea Runner up - SK Telecom T1 soO Winner - SouL Dear
This was also the beginning of soO's GSL run, where he was the finalist for 4 season in a row.
2014 Global StarCraft II League Season 1 Runner up - SK Telecom T1 soO Winner - KT Rolster Zest
2014 Global StarCraft II League Season 2 Runner up - SK Telecom T1 soO Winner - SK Telecom T1 Classic
2014 Global StarCraft II League Season 3 Runner up - SK Telecom T1 soO Winner - SK Telecom T1 INnoVation
2015 Global StarCraft II League Season 1 Runner up - yoe Flash Wolves PartinG Winner - KT Rolster Life
PartinG was a former player for SK Telecom, playing with them from 2013 to 2014
Correlation doesn't mean causation. Also using players who would be in SKT in future makes these stats totally useless even for incorrect predictions.

Rain (By.Sun then) I think won Rookie of the year and I always rated him as a useful and talented player (didn't he all-kill a team in Proleague once?). soO was an SKT Zerg...

How is counting Innovation and Soulkey from 2013 even relevant? If you're trying to show that SKT1 breeds and nurtures future champions, what do those 2 results show other than they bought 2 former champions and that they had the money to do so? It'd be like claiming Life's past wins for KT before he was on the team as somehow something to do with them.
And didn't they buy Innovation as he started or was in the middle of his starleague win? That's a massive stretch. And Parting was on the team for a long time and never won anything, then he leaves and he's counted too? If Rain wins this season do we count him as well? How about if the next season a former member wins, how long do you decide to keep counting former members?
I'm sorry, but this seems like a really irrelevant list of stats.

I'm sorry, but this seems like a really irrelevant list of stats. Don't call Stats irrelevant. Just because KT didn't play him this morning doesn't mean we should treat him like the Invisible Terran!

I should add, I appreciate the effort the OP made. And he does have a point, that is a lot of SKT1 names, especially in the soO, Classic and other soO finals. However coming second in so many finals is less than stellar. Not to mention that KT actually WON two of these finals, which makes SKT1's one win with Classic seem pretty paltry.
And it irks me that great past teams like STX and Woonjinn are totally ignored. STX/SouL have a win and end of season finals win with Dear against Soulkey (I am counting the end of season finals, because not to do so is silly), and in addition to Innovation's already mentioned second, his first against sOs (end of season).
I don't mind the effort however the focus and results seem particularly skewed. If you just cherry pick the GSL, don't count the OSL, don't count any end of season finals, and count people who won wayyyy before they were on team then yes, SKT1 is totally in everything -_-.

True, good point, but that's another one they didn't win. And it's not about taking it seriously, it does say 'fun fact' at the start but it's totally misrepresentative which doesn't make it fun at all just really annoying.
For the record, I like SKT1. I don't support them, but I think they're a powerhouse team with a great record. I just think this is giving them more credit than they deserve.

This is a spoiler.
It is confirmed: SKT will lose S2SL S2 as well, with either classic or dream.

Because Dream is the best player in the world. Who the hell are Maru, Life and Parting? Dream will do something that those players above have failed to do on many occasions.
