KT won last season with a roster that's hardly changed at all since. You think Jin Air and SKT are both favorites to outperform KT? D:
Well that roster you are talking about hasn't changed, how are the players on that roster doing? Looking at their individual players KT was never supposed to be as good of a team as they were, they have been overperforming.
The matchups we were seeing, if we saw those in tournaments the KT players would in most situations be deemed the underdogs. But in teamleagues they won, this knack for performing their absolute best for teamleagues combined with that many of the players also peaked at the right time culminated in a championship.
That's pretty much a miracle, KT was heavily the underdog looking at the players they had on their roster compared to SKT. They won, they are the champions I'm not saying they were only a fluke but to expect them to keep dominating now is something that is not at all assured.
Jin Air and ST have the best players on their team when excluding SKT which is a team that has been thrown into disarray after the lose to KT last season. All the players leaving the team and soO taking a beating from Taeja. Jin Air and ST are the teams i think will show good results.
Just because a team is the champions from last season doesn't mean they will keep producing the same results, especially when they weren't really expected to show those results in the first place.

Zest is good, but it will be difficult if his teammates won't show up
Edit: this is was supposed to be a reply to Zealously, dno what happened :p
That's definitely true, but I recall this being roughly what was said about KT before last season as well, only with Flash instead of Zest. These guys take Proleague seriously and perform better there (well, the exception being Zest) than anywhere else. They may not be a lock to win the season, but they don't fuck around in Proleague.
Yes, although back then we didn't know about Zest's potentional, which changed everything. And I don't really see anyone else on KT exploding their potential. That leaves us with Zest, a downhill Flash, and the team league magic they have(which I guess shouldn't be undervalued, but still )
There's no way ST-Yoe actually place well against the likes of SKT1 (Innovation and soO say thank you points), JinAir Greenwings (Maru/sOs/Cure LOL), and KT Rolster (anyone who does not have Flash and Zest on their FPL team is going to hate themselves). RIP in pieces, Lorning's dignity. We salute those who are about to die.

Let's see here, Flash... won a pivotal game for his team ensuring their win in PL, check. Won IEM Toronto, check. Came second at HSC X, check. In other words, the second half of 2014 has been his best half of a year in SC2 so far. And, oh yeah, he's got a pretty good TvT, which looks like it might matter this season. And that spells "downhill" to you?
If you want to talk SSL, there's always the fact that sOs (lynchpin of the JAGW brigade) failed to qualify full stop. No sOs or Cure in GSL either. I guess by that logic JAGW must be done for.
