Q: You qulified as the 1st place of the group. Are you happy with what you played?
A: Generally, yes. I've not practised much recently, I was a bit worried.
Q: Shana and you are very familiar with each other. You played directedly.
A: Yes, we've played many times, I went for the default that he would go all-in. He has a very good understanding about the game and he has good manoeuvres. He'd be better of if he has more strategies. Cheers.
Q: You were better at defending all-ins from 庭哥 that from Shana.
A: 庭哥 lost several workers at the opening and his economy is disrupted, so his all-in is less powerful. Also, Shana was better in production, the front manoeuvres and detail dealings.
Q: You group is very interesting that Erzc is an old-generation player and you and Shana represent the top of new pros and amateurs
A: Erzc as an old pro, with so much experiences, should have a better mentality than we. But his minds maybe too conservative, and he is maybe not that adaptive as we are.
Shana as an amateur is very strong and no less than pros. He has a excellent execution ability and unique understanding about the game. If he were to be trained in a pro team and receive more communication and guide, he would be stronger.
As for myself, my biggest advantage is having been trained professionally for a long time and having improved greatly in all aspects. However I can still fall short in playing mentality and feel lacking experience. I sometimes can't give the performance in training.
Q: You said you aimed for the semi-finals. But after today's performance do you start to have to ambition of the championship?
A: There will be a lot of accidents and surprises, let's look and see.
Q: Courage said new maps are very difficult for ZvP, do you agree?
A: At the beginning of the new season I felt they are not very friendly. But after having adapted I found there are places to be exploited. I think it's mixed.
Q: TooDming said you were to retire.
A: Not really to retire. But I decided to go back to school after a series of considerations. I didn't quit SC2, I will practise at extra-curriculum time and work hard.
Q: Last word?
A: Thank you all for the love of SC2. Thanks to iG and our sponsors SteelSeries and WYWK.
